Using pick up lines in the gym is risky, so they need to be spot on with delivery and confidence. But these are some of the best I’ve EVER used.
How come guys always want pick up lines for the gym? How about this for a good reason: Girls with hot bodies! Yoga bunnies, and fit girls who care about their figure. Models, actresses, they go to the gym, fat horrible chicks don’t…well they might go once but they aren’t going to be regulars. It’s PRIME hunting ground.
Okay so we’ll need some lines but I won’t stop there, as well as some killer lines I’ll give you a whole process for taking it from gym work out to bedroom workout.
The best pick up lines for the gym
Here are my two favourites:
When a girl is on the treadmill, the bike, rower or anyting like that, this is the line when you get on the machine next to hers. Girls are doing cardio usually, they won’t be doing deadlifts so this one is designed to make her smile/laugh and is good for any of those cardio machines.
(Girl wearing headphones) Motion to take her headphones out “Do those things work?” She says “Yes” or “huh?” You say “cool because I’ve got this problem, I keep coming to do a hardcore workout and it gets messed up because girls constantly hit on me. I’m figuring get the headphones on, even if I’m not even listening to anything, and that’ll deal with them!” She laughs, you introduce yourself, job done.
Do I need to use pick up lines at a gym?
Now one of the things to remember about the gym is that it’s a little different from a lot of other pick up environments. In many ways it’s similar to picking up women at work – you see the same people a lot, and you don’t want to be embarrassed by rejection.
On the plus side, the fact that you are going to see her again and again means that you have the opportunity to warm her up over time. Here’s what I’d suggest to pick up a girl at the gym without really using any lines, but assuming you will see her quite regularly:
- Start by nodding, then saying hi when you see her.
- Extend the interaction a bit either using one of the above banter lines, or by asking her something more standard like what she is listening to on her ipod.
- Introduce yourself “I’m Richard by the way”. From now on use her name when you say hi, tell her to have a good weekend and ask how things are.
- Transition the conversation to whether she goes out to bars and clubs. Then suggest that she (and he friends) should come out with you (and your friends) because you know some cool places. When she agrees that that’s a good idea, you can just hand her your phone and say something casual like “cool, put your number in there and I’ll text you next time something is going on”.
By following this process, you never need to worry about a rejection. If you approach her and tell her she is sexy and that you want to take her on a date, it’s ballsy and might work but more than likely you would never do that because of the risk involved and potential embarrassment.
By following the above four steps you can smoothly get to the point of the date without any risk of harsh rejection at all.
If you can master gym pick up, just imagine how many hot girls you can take on dates. Hell, if you have some spare money, join 2-3 gyms and go to each so that you have EVEN more girls to game. The only downside with all this gym pick up is that you might spend more time talking than working out!
So, use gym pick up lines when you have developed enough social confidence to say them without giving a crap what other people think. Otherwise they just won’t work!
